ADP Integrated Access Tool and Oracle ADP Views

We have recently upgraded to ADP Payforce and were given an ADP tool called Integration Agent to pull the data from Oracle ADP views into ADP Connect then into ADP Payforce.  The Integration Agent tool is not pulling all of the data from the HR_ADP_Employee_V and we aren't sure why?  It works sometimes but not every time.  Anyone have any history around this?
