Change in Project Organisation

Hi

How we can adjust the WIP. If the task number is same but project organisation name is different.

i.e task for one project is "01" but at the time of opening the job code " 01" were given to one department and later for same task number (01)department name changed to other.

Now we have "+ve WIP" is showing under one discipline and "-ve WIP " in other discipline although at job level WIP is "NIL"
