MISSING FONT

I have a Red X in the lower left corner of my AutoVue screen that says:

     Monospace 821 BT

        → Monos.pfb

     Monospac821 BT

        → Monospac821 BT

How can I fix this? The Monospace 821 BT font is loaded on my computer.
