Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Unable to find my recently created Service Request

Dear collegues,

Today I created SR 3-5698661191.
In one hour after this I received e-mail with note that my Service Request Number 3-5698661191 has been updated.
Unfortunately I'm not able to find this SR using "Service Requests" / "Dashboard" tabs. :-(
At the same time I see all my other SRs.

What has happened and what shuold I do?
Please help.
