Multiply execution plans in use simultenuously

In my 2 nodes RAC (11.1.0.7 on Solaris), I have a delete statement which has an averrage elapseed time in AWR report ranging from .02 seconds to .3 seconds normally. In our OLTP system, the queue of transactions accumulates if this statement has execution tie greater than this and currently we are facing this problem. The time when queue accumulates, the execution time of this SQL climbs to .7 or .8 seconds per execution. For this applicaiton, there are 2 sesisons, one connected to node 1 and other connected to node 2.
Now here are my findings.

On sesison 1 on node 1, the plan which is in use has hash value 2654647686.
