OPM financials issue

 i have discovered that there are some events with error in opm financials accounting after i have run final cost update with check box of final update final and period status is now frozen and these transactions are stuck and i have solved SLA error and tried to run opm preprocessor and create accounting but it didn't create draft accounting.

My question is it applicable to rerun opm preprocessor and create accounting draft or final with period status frozen?
