Workflow Campaigns - "Invite"

Hello

We've started playing with Workflow campaigns - finally :-) We have a test campaign underway with our staff. We have six programs in place with links that take them to pages on our website - not ODM/Oracle Landing Pages.

We've set the second email to be triggered by people  opening the first email. If they open the first email within a day, we then wait one day and send the second email.

I'm puzzled by the term "invite" which keeps popping up. It seems to imply that I have to "invite" people. What does that mean? Does it mean I have to have people complete a registration form on the first email? The other issue is that of the 13 emails in the Production list sent to email accounts within our company, 2 arrived and 2 bounced. What happened to the other 9?
