11i having slow performance

 Hi,
Since 2 week we are facing performance issue in our prodction database. 
Our Environment details:
Node 1 : AppsTier
Node 2 : RAC 1
Node 3 : RAC 2
OS     : Sun Solaris 64-bit space version 10
RAM    : 32GB on each node
DB Size: 340GB 

We have CRM running in our production and recently implemented HR & Finance.
We have scheduled Gather Schema Statistics program weekly once


Navigation across the forms is fine. 
If they enter a SR number and press the COMPLETE button which calls procedure from standard tables the form hangs. The issue normally comes during peak time (10:30am to 12:30pm)

Also our redolog size is 100m and can see log switch every 40secs during peak working hours.
