DATABASE STARTUP

Hi everyone,My oracle database 10.2.0.5.0 standard edition running on windows server 2008.
its a production database started with SPFILE.
But i want,when we start windows server having our database,the database is not start automatic.
I know we can set database services manually,but is there any alternate way or any parameter by
which database not started automatically.
 
plz help me
