Transaction Source and Accounting Transfer to GL

Hi,

I need to setup a new Transaction Source to interface time from a third party system to Oracle Projects.

I know that in the Transaction Source is possible to setup if the accounting created for the transaction will be transferred to GL or not but I have the following requirements and don't know if has a solution as per current functionality.

I will have Capital and Non Capital Transactions imported (and adjusted within Oracle Projects post transaction import).

For the Capital transactions a CIP account will be debited and a clearing account credited and the accounting is required to be transferred to GL.
