Oracle Agent11 installation ERROR: ccr.oracle.com - please help

Dear Support,

Greetings...

I've created a new Oracle database instance release (11.2.2.0) on on Solaris 11 SPARC platform; but

When I tried to create a new Oracle agent release 11 on the same platform, the following error message appears for me:

ERROR: ccr.oracle.com

Be advised that I'm running the agent installation in silent mode and provided necessary information in the response file rsp; because I think there is no user interactive available from Oracle!!! 

sample screen printout is showing below:

oracle@vm1:/agent11/sysman/agent_download/11.1.0.1.0/solaris/agent$ ./runInstaller -silent -responseFile /agent11/sysman/agent_download/11.1.0.1.0/agent_download.rsp
