Receiving - India Tax Localization

Dear All,

1. We have created PO with India localization - taxes

2. Against PO - receipts is entered

3. small form is opening behind the main form - asking for decision Y/N 

"This operation could cause accounting entries to be passed and taxes cannot be modified any more . Do you want to continue - Y/N "

if say yes then the taxes entries are processed and if no then taxes are not been generated agaons the receipt entries

can we have the option for default yes and doesnot wait for the decision

if there any profile option to be set or we need to do customization
