Upgrade from 6.2 to 8.2

When manually upgrading PMDB on SQL Server I received two warning messages after executing the sspm_src_output script:

The module 'PC_TASKS_BY_WBS' depends on the missing object 'pc_activity_copy_risk'. The module will still be created; however, it cannot run successfully until the object exists.
Creating procedure PC_NEW_WBS
Creating procedure PC_NEW_PROJECT
The module 'PC_NEW_PROJECT' depends on the missing object 'pc_project_copy_risk'. The module will still be created; however, it cannot run successfully until the object exists.

Is there a way to resolve this issue, or is this something with which I do not need to concern myself?
