Scheduled concurrent request set on hold
R12.1.3, a sheduled concurrent request set had gone on 'Inactive' 'On hold' status with the below message and had to be removed manually for processing.
Please could you advise under what circumstances would a concurrent manager put a scheduled request on hold other than a case where an incompatible program is running at the same time. I found note ID: 737282.1
but that pertains to R11.5.10.2. Therefore any help would be appcreiated.
"User CONCURRENT MANAGER placed this request on hold. A request that is on hold will not process until the hold is released. You may update the request status to place the request off hold to allow processing. Navigate to View Requests form and choose 'Release Hold' action in the Status field for this request record."
