OEM 12c vs. 11g vs 10g - Speed, Performance, Usability, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Functionality, Pl

 I recently installed Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control as recommended by several including MOS.
However, it runs substantially slower than our existing 10g (using to configure Metrics, etc. - any shortcuts here, please comment).

So just wondered what others had experienced(which there was an easy way to post a table here):
