Converting documents from BI Publisher - Embedded to BI Publisher - Enterprise (JD Edwards)

We are in the process of activating our instance of BI Publisher - Enterprise. We have used the embedded version of BI Publisher with JD Edwards (Tools 8.97 version), and I am wondering if anyone has converted BIP - Embedded templates to BIP - Enterprise. Not sure if a conversion is even necessary, but I wanted to ask while we are in the setup phase. Thank you.
