How to create a connection between BI Publisher and EBS ?

Hi All.

I need to create a connection from BI Publisher to EBS but when I click "Test Connection" button, it shows me a message error: "Could not establish connection"

I can confirm that we are on ON DEMAND.

I have some questions:

1) Is correct the connection string format tha im writing (jdbc:oracle:thin:@Srv_Name.oracleoutsourcing.com:10099:PSXXX) ?

2) What user do i need to use? Actually, im trying with BOLINF.

3) Do we need to install Database Driver Class ? What? Where?
