Solaris ZONE capped memory and swap memory assignment for the Oracle Database configurations

I created a new Solaris 10 zone and for hosting our staging Oracle databases.  I allocated 16GB memory for this zone.  We did not set any cap for the swap.  The issue we have is that we are not able to startup a new 7th Oracle database on this zone.  The error message is "not enough memory".  After seeing this error, we have increased the capped physical memory from 16GB to 20GB.  Restarted the zone and tried to startup the new 7th database.  The same issue (not enough memory) is showing up.

I am sure someone would have gone through the same issue.  Need your help.
