WO Completion with Receipt Routing

I am having problem where after user performs Super Backflush to complete the WO, details of the quantity completed is updated into Receipt Routing Ledger F43092 but the quantity completed is not updated into the Item Detailed Availability (F41021) - Quantity in Inspection (LIQTIN) field.

We had checked the routing definition setup and routing analysis setup and confirmed the setup is correctly done. Where in routing definition used 792M - when user reports WO completion (thru Super Backflush) - it will update the quantity reported completed into INS.
