AME - How to Create an Action Type

Hello,

I am trying to create a rule in AME and I can't get past clicking the Create button in the Rules screen.  I am very new to AME and I'm looking for guides and white papers which will help me to create a simple rule to get the feel of AME.  If anyone has helpful documentation I would greatly appreciate it.

My error is as follows:

1. Approvals Management Business Analyst responsibility

2. Find the OIE Expense Report Transaction Type

3. Click on the Rules icon

4. Click the Create button

5. Receive the following error: 

This transaction type does not have any action types. Ensure you add action types to this transaction type to use in a rule.
