We're trying to troubleshoot some PO SLA entry creation inconsistencies in a R12.1.3 Federal Financials, Budgetary-Control environment.  A key driver of a number of the supporting SLA Sources and subsequent SLA JLT actions drive off the values written into the po_encumbrance_gt & then the po_bc_distributions table.  Anyone know of much documentation on these processes that may available to better understand if we could be running into some bugs or we just need to work around some of what is now designed in R12?
