upgrading HFM 11.1.2 to 11.1.2.1 or 11.1.2.2

Hi,
We currently have HFM 11.1.2 along with FDM and HSS.

1) Should I upgrade to version 11.1.2.1 or 11.1.2.2 as I am not very sure about the stability of the later version.

2) As migration is supported from 11.1.2.1, i Believe both versions are eligible for upgrade.

3) Do we need to pay new license fee for these versions to Oracle as I believe they are patch sets and should be free for purchased 11.1.2

Any inputs from HFM experts and Consultants is welcomed.
