Org from shipment window disappear upon re-querying PO

Hi,

I am facing the subject issue on one customized responsibility; while no issue is faced on other concerned responsibilities of Purchasing. I have checked that respective Org is assigned to item & respective Org is also assigned to responsibility.

Please guide. Note the version is R12.1.2.
