Contingent Worker and iProcurement License

Hi,

I would like to know if to use the Contingent Worker functionality is there a specific License required apart from the iProcurement, Purchasing and OTL licences.

I have a client with the three modules installed but we don't know if requires an additional license to use the functionality.
