OEM12c - how to get rid of jobs that are no longer found

I had some self-update download jobs running in OEM12c that I stopped and deleted.  I also stopped OEM and rebooted the server.
Now I have the situation that when I go to the self-update screen it tells me there are jobs running, and the download button is greyed out.  When I go to the job section it tells me the jobs no longer exist.  How do I make these jobs go away?
