Are there plan to translate Budgetary Control Results Page to Japanese(JA) NLS?

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear All,
Product Ver:12.1.3
SR#3-5689141644

Customer need to translate as Janpanese to the budgetary control results page.

I read Note 1090079.1 and Note 412218.1.
it wrote this page is owned by Public Sector Applications (PSA) .
And,Japanese translation is not available for PSA.

Are there plan to Translate Budgetary Control Results Page To Japanese(JA) NLS?
If these are, When is planned around the time?
