Customers Invoice

Is it possible to use the BI Publisher / XML Publisher to develop and print Customers Invoices? There is a Template (IEXINVOICE) provided by Oracle with the Application name "Collection" which is the exact same used for the standard invoice format in Receivables. Can I modify the template and re-upload it back into Oracle?
