debugging stored procedure pipe get error

hi

We are getting SP (stored procedure) hanged during  SP interrupt at mid of debugging in toad. After that the SP performing PIPE GET event and not allowing

to compile same SP from another session. And also if we kill the session it is showing "the SID is marked". It is happening only in oracle 11g ( standard and enterprise) both editions.

The above mentioned situation performing good in oracle 10g.
