Just one field will not display on my template

Hello all,
Thank you for any help provided.

I am using Word 2007 with Template builder 10.1.3.4.2

I am trying to display the Lookup_code field and I cant get it to display.  I believe it has to do with it being in a different group in the .rdf but I am not sure.  I tried several things specified from the Designers Guide on grouping but could not get it to work.
  <LIST_G_TRANSPORT>
    <G_TRANSPORT>
      <LOOKUP_CODE>AIR</LOOKUP_CODE>

Here is the full xml and I will attach the template.  If anyone could show me how to get this to display I can finish off this stupid report.
