After Upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3, xla_control_balances tables does not have any record

Hi,

We have upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3 instance and DBA confirmed that they have not get any error speicific to SLA upgrade. But We can see that there is no record in XLA_CONTROL_BALANCES tables for old transaction.

Hence, When we run the "Third Party Balance Report", It does not provide any output since it may be pulled up records from this table.

I have looked up the NOTE: 1345622.1. ( We did not get this error while upgrade as DBA confirmed.).

Can you please help what to do next?
