BI Publisher Chart Colours in windows and linux

Hi All

I Created BI publisher ereports with 3 graph and with specific colours when I uploaded template on application which is on Linux as I found big chages in coloures .I uploaded both pdf output files please check last page specially.

Any one have information about that?
