R03B455 Vat tax to the vouchers with CAD

We are having an issue when trying to do the AR AP netting in that it is passing the V for the tax code on the newly created vouchers but no tax rate area.

There is a version of the voucher master business function that has tax turned off and that does not do the trick..

Any suggestions?
