US PAY: How to add earnings/elements/benefit contributions to pay stub/advice
I am researching how to change the seeded xml query for Oracle check writer XML and deposit advice XML reports. Staff want employer-paid benefits to print on the payslip (e.g. deferred comp contributions, health plan contributions, etc.). We are currently on version 12.1.3.
I read in the Human Resources Management Systems Enterprise and Workforce Management Guide that you can update the business group in the Organization setup by selecting Business Group or HR Organization classification (how do you know which one to choose?), click Others, select Payslip Information and then add to the Additional Organization Information window.
I tried adding items here (elements and balances), ran an old deposit advice and looked in the xml output file, but I do not see any new entries showing up.
