custom reports - find all hosts that alerted on the Available(MB) metric in the last 30 days

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me.  I am trying to create a custom report that shows servers who have generated an alert for the "Available (MB)" metric in the past 30 or 60 days.  I found a built in report to show me the last 24 hours of all alerts for that group of servers, but I do not want all alerts, I just want to know which ones alerted on the "Available (MB)" metric. 

I've tried modifying the SQL code but not know what the proper syntax is, I continue to fail. 

Any help for this code is greatly appreciated.
