Getting Error while applying the patch for Oracle AS 10g Release3(10.1.3) Patch Set5(10.1.3.5.0) [

We have Oracle EBS 12.1.3 (under Redhat Linux 5 x86-64 bit) which was upgraded form 12.1.1

We are getting the following error while  applying the  patch for Oracle AS 10g Release3(10.1.3) Patch Set5(10.1.3.5.0) [Patch Number - 8626084]

Could not execute auto check for display colors using command /usr/X11R6/bin/xdpyinfo. Check if the DISPLAY variable is set

The runInstaller states that "On a 64-bit Linux operating system, Oracle Applicaton Server 10g needs 32-bit emulation mode in this release. Please set 32-bit emulation mode by running following command and restart the installation. linux32 bash" 

Before and after 32-bit emulation, 'xclock' works fine.
