Claim Settlement against related customer

 Hi,

How do we settle claim using 'previous open credit' settlement method against related customer. 

Ex: Claim exist against Customer A but the Open credit exist for Customer B

Customer account relationship exist for both Customer A and Customer B (Reciprocal relationship)

We need to settle the claim (customer A) against open credit (Customer . Normally in AR you will be able to matchh against related customer as long as the reciprocal relationship exist. How do we close the claim and the credit in this case? any thoughts or help please?
