Actionable Organization Chart functionality

As per a note from Oracle: "Using the Organization Chart Feature in Oracle SSHR [ID 1408355.1]", the "Actionable Organization Charts" of Fusion Applications is now available as a backport for R12.1.3.

Does anyone have practical experience implementing this and can share some tricks and tips (and also pitfalls) in implementing this?
