How to create Customer Account Relationship via TCA API?

Hi,

I want to create releationship for 2 customer account in order to apply receipt for AR invoice between each other, and I found this note but it not enought content.

How to create Customer Account Relationship via TCA API? [ID 224494.1]

In note Sample Code to Create Relationship between two Party using TCA API HZ_RELATIONSHIP_V2PUB [ID 758278.1] that sample for create relationship for party, not for account.

Please help me if you have any note or sample for this. Many thanks!
