Retroactive Pricing for Standard PO

Dear all,

Can we use retroactive pricing for only Standard PO that doesn't have contract PO or GBPA . we are using only standard PO for our client can we implement retroactive pricing for it. Does it effect the average cost of the item after the PO has been updated.
