auto execute query on repair order search UI-Technician portal

Hi

In Repair Technicial portal ,we wanted to perform auto execute query on the Repair order search UI and On  the repair organization search field we have defaulted the value thro personalization..

Not sure how to invoke the auto execute query thro personalization.

Can you please advise with specific instructions
