in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) Question
Hi Wizards, kindly share your experience on integrating open-source CTI solution with CRMOD.

Is there any open source CTI which exposes API for CTI integration (not only for PBX integration)?

I have checked documentation for Asterisk and Elastix. Unfortunately, they do not expose API for CTI integration.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
