Backup Oracle db 11.2.0.1 with HP DataProtector VSS Integration

Hello Everybody,

we would like to implement the backup of our Oracle DB (Version installed 11.2.0.1) using the HP DataProtector with the Oracle VSS Writer integration, and using the possibility to pilot the snapshot creation directly on the SAN (HP LeftHand), in order to be present on the DP Cell Manager.

Somebody of you already have experience with these?

we are currently testing the solution, but we are facing problem when the Cell Manager try to mount via iSCSI initiator the snapshot created on the LeftHand. Apparently it seems to be an iSCSI logon problem.
