Non-Serialized Rebuildables

Guys,

 

1.What are the template attributes needed to make a Non-Serialized Rebuildable item?

2.Once you receive the item (either from a PO or miscellaneous receipt) is Oracle automatically creating a new Rebuildable Item (just like when you have a serialized Rebuildable)?
