How to display time of a date and time measure?

A date and time is being recorded (set to now in the rule) of when a user is approving a forecast. When the measure is displayed in a worksheet, only the date is visible. The user wants to be able to see the time as well as the date but I cannot find a way to do it in formatting or in the configuration?
