RAC 10gr2 upgrate to 11gR2

We have a 10.2.0.4 Linux 2 node RAC database, and we're about to start the upgrade process.
We already read a lot of documents that states different paths for that, but we still have some questions.

1 - Do we need to hide the actual 10g CRS to install the Grid Infraestructure ?

2 - Do we need to create GRID user on operating system, or we'll need to install Grid Infra on the same oracle user we are using now ?
