How to retrict users from viewing certain dept applicants using security profile

Hi,



I have a security profile for organization hierarchy ABC, with below setup. Now one of the active employee from different organization XXX having an active appilcant record for this ABC organization,  Since he is having the active applicant record for ABC,  users from ABC able to pull up this person, logically he is just an applicant of ABC and not an employee, we wanted to retrict these types of applicants from users to view, how we can acheive this through security profile.



view employees : restricted

view contingent workers: restricted

view applicants: restricted

securtity type : Secure organizations by organization hierarchy and/ or oraganization list(here we have ABC organization)
