Upgrade checklist/documentation for 11gR1 RAC to 11gR2 RAC

I see a lot of documentation and checklists for upgrades of 9i and 10g RAC to 11gR2 RAC, but nothing specific for 11gR1 RAC to 11gR2 RAC.  There are a lot of differences between 11gR1 and R2, so a documented path or checklist would be very helpful.
