Notification on 12c OEM Multi-task jobs

We have installed a 12c OEMCC POC instance.  I have set up several test jobs against test targets to verify notification function.  Job events have been set up per note 1386816.1.  I have configured job notifications using both target-based and job name pattern incident rules, and while jobs tied to a single specific target notify correctly, multi-task jobs do not appear to trigger job events.  Since multi-task jobs are not tied to a specific target, and the job type 'Multi-task' does not appear as a job type option, this type of job appears to slip between the cracks of the job event/incident rule model.  Has this been identified as a bug or are there known configurations to generate these events and notifications through incident rules?  (The OEM administrator to notify is
