PDBA Rollover -vacation accrual doesn't handle company transferring scenario
For example: employee was transfered from bi-weekly pay to weekly pay, and the sick accrual DBA codes used is two different codes based on the pay frequency.
When Year End rollover was done, this employee got sick hours from both DBA codes, which added up together, and goes over the max hours - 240.
Is there a rollover setup that can handle this situation correctly?
