Does the Cross Charging Functionality support Cross Charging between Organisations within the same O

Hi,

Does the Cross Charging functionality in Oracle Projects support the Cross Charging between Organisations within the same Operating Unit?

If yes, what is possible to do? how it works? does allow to manage specific accounting for this transactions?

Without using Cross Charging is possible to create expenditures for a expenditure organisation different than the project owning organisation. So, which functionality adds the Cross Charging functionality when is between 2 organisations from the same Operating Unit?
